ServiceNow seeks a Manager to join the Cloud Migration Services Team.This individual will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational leadership to a team of 3 globally distributed Cloud Migration Managers in pursuit of delivering an exceptional customer experience for our customers who have chosen to move their instances from our Commercial Cloud to one of our Hyper Scaler partners or who have recently purchased our Raptor Database option. This will be achieved by providing transparent and confidence-inspiring communication to our customersIn addition to their day-to-day responsibilities, they will be responsible for the team's strategic direction, building and fostering a customer-first culture, and building critical partnerships with other teams within GCS and UTG.
