Generally provides office related support - mail distribution, correspondence, filing, etc. Administers programs, processes, and projects specific to the Sales Organization. This position will also assist with budgets, travel, record keeping, expense reporting, purchasing, etc as needed.
Maintains highly confidential and highly sensitive information and files, correspondence and records.
Implements processes to maintain accurate data and information in Salesforce.com.
Prepares routine and complex correspondence, reports, and presentations using the most advanced office technology including word processing, graphics, and spreadsheets.
Ensures projects are completed timely and accurately. Evaluates and reports progress to team members.
Researches, analyzes, and compiles data and figures for presentations.
Maintains department schedules, calendars, and appointments and coordinates arrangements for meetings, conferences and travel.
Prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records meeting minutes.
Distributes all incoming and prepares all outgoing mail and correspondence including email, fax, memorandums, and letters.
Organizes and expedites work as required by assigned personnel.
Prepare and Process weekly Pcard transaction approvals and reconciliations.
Keep and maintain PCard account records, balance and reconcile each month. Code all charges to appropriate General Ledger or Direct Job Number.
REQUIREMENTS
Associate’s degree or equivalent related experience.
High School Diploma
Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Software applications
Proven customer service skills
Demonstrated Organizational Skills
Preferred
Administrative sales experience or tradeshow work experience
Knowledge of Total Show System (TSS), Salesforce.Com (SFDC), Event Process Solutions (EPS), and SAP.
