DescriptionWe are seeking a PC Tech to take down, pack, transport, setup and install PCs, laptops, monitors, servers and other IT equipment. You will service, diagnose, repair, rebuild and refurbish computer hardware.Contact : Coel.Bliss@rht.comResponsibilities: Data transfers from PC to PC. Troubleshoot software/hardware. Break/Fix. Assist with functionality testing. Provide frequent and effective communication with ticket submitters. Install, troubleshoot and repair hardware (i.e. printers). Document daily data communication transactions, issues, solutions and installations. Ensure integrity of electronic data records by following company quality standards. Handle imaging and preparation tasks for new computers.Requirements Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request. Active Directory experience is a HUGE plus.
