The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and act as a key point of communication, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.Responsibilities:Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for executives.Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.Handle confidential documents and ensure their secure storage.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.Conduct research and provide insights to assist in decision-making.Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.Manage office supplies and oversee administrative processes as needed.
