This includes the overseeing the rental process, monitoring compliance with lease agreements, and security of the properties.Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core company values:IntegrityPassionWork EthicEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMust be able to work Tuesday through Saturday and will work 100% onsite at the Palace Resort locationManage all aspects of residential property operations including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and tenant servicesServe as the primary point of contact for residents; promptly address tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requestsAdvertise and show available units, screen prospective tenants, and process lease agreementsOversee the move-in and move-out process, including inspections, deposits, and documentationEnforce lease terms and property policies; initiate legal action when necessary for lease violations or non-paymentCoordinate regular property inspections and schedule necessary repairs or improvementsMaintain accurate financial records and property reports, including rent rolls, income/expense statements, and vendor invoicesDevelop and manage property budgets to ensure profitability and cost controlHire, supervise, and manage vendors, maintenance staff, and contractorsStay current with housing laws, fair housing regulations, and local ordinances to ensure full compliance
