In this role, you will build and manage our integrated work management solution (ServiceNow SPM/PPM/CWM), enabling consistency, alignment, and visibility across strategic planning, project delivery, and risk management.  You’ll partner closely with executives and operational teams to define frameworks, build workflows, and create data models that support real-world needs — ensuring that work at every level, from OKRs to tasks, is connected and traceable.    What you get to do in this role: Design, implement, and manage an integrated work management solution using ServiceNow (SPM/PPM/CWM).  Build scalable frameworks for managing all levels of work — OKRs, programs, projects, epics, stories, and tasks.  Establish workflows for capacity planning, resource forecasting, investment planning, and risk alignment.  Define and maintain flexible data structures and relationships that ensure traceability across initiatives.  Partner with business and technical stakeholders to evaluate current processes, design new solutions, and drive adoption.  Define reporting requirements with senior leadership to deliver meaningful insights on investments, risk, services, and operations.  Drive organizational change management to ensure successful adoption of workflows and tools.  Support ongoing platform maintenance and scalability as business needs evolve.
