EV Technicians will focus on advanced electric vehicle systems, including battery diagnostics, high-voltage components, and emerging automotive technologies.Responsibilities:Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on customer vehicles efficiently and accurately.Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify mechanical and electrical issues.Complete work according to dealership and manufacturer standards.Accurately document repair orders and communicate findings with service advisors.Maintain productivity levels in a flat rate pay structure.Stay current with evolving automotive technology, including EV systems.Follow all safety protocols, especially when working with high-voltage EV components.Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
