Position Overview As a versatile Social Media Content Creator with a knack for engaging storytelling and visual aesthetics, this role seamlessly blends the art of content creation with efficient assistant administrative tasks. With a keen understanding of various social media platforms and trends, you will be responsible for developing and curating compelling content that resonates with our target audience. From crafting engaging captions to designing eye-catching visuals, your creativity will be the driving force behind our online presence. Additionally, you will take on assistant administrative duties, reviewing responses, organizing files, and coordinating various tasks to ensure seamless operations. Position Responsibilities
Conceptualize, produce, and schedule engaging social media posts
Conduct market research and leverage analytics to optimize content strategy
Manage Calendars, Coordinate Meetings and handle Email Correspondence
Assist in maintaining organized digital and physical files
Support day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency
Engage with customers and followers
Develop social media campaigns and define their KPIs

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Eligible to work in the United States
At least 18 years of age
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred and great to have
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
Prior Experience as a copywriter
Prior social media management experience
Prior graphic design experience
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and keyword research
Previous experience working in family entertainment centers or the attractions industry
Knowledge of social media trends and analytics experience
Commitment to providing excellent guest service
Proficient in all Microsoft Office Products
Effective presentation skills and able to answer to questions from team of managers, members, guests and public
Ability to work individually unsupervised and in a team environment
Well-built skills in organization, prioritization, and time management
Experience in Retail, food service or hospitality industry a plus
