Florida-Caribbean CPAC in Orlando within the organization of the

Chief Financial Officer. This position will serve as a Supervisor in

the Veterans Services Division. The FCCPAC is a regionally

consolidated business entity established to enhance revenue

operations throughout the Veterans Health Administration (VHA)

network, by standardization and consolidation of functions and the

integration of VHA and industry best practices. The FCCPAC provides

a broad range of business services in support of VA Medical Center

operations that include billing, collections, customer service,

financial reporting, insurance identification and verification,

patient access and quality assurance. Duties of this position

include and are not limited to the following:

Reviews patient accounts.

Responds to inquiries from Veterans, Congressional

Representatives, Beneficiaries, Service Organizations, U.S.

Attorneys, VA Regional Counsel, Department of Justice and VA

Regional Office concerning First Party matters.

Supervises and leads subordinate staff by training or arranging
