Description: Designs, develops and implements testing methods and test equipment for system level and sub-assembly tests. Develops and tracks labor and cost schedules/budgets required for individual test development tasks. Investigates new test requirements and test interfaces to assemblies under test. Evaluates derived test requirements for testability, recommend changes to System Engineering. Generates Concept and Design reviews for approval, prior to formalizing new test station designs and packaging. Establishes technical and functional specifications. Takes full responsibility of the entire test development task from infancy through, procurement, fabrication, test software development, integration and validation into a production environment. EET or EE with 5 years experience, and test software development background in Test Stand, CVI, Lab View and C. Knowledgeable in creating and revising test procedures, calibration procedures and test software documentation is necessary. E/O and ESS knowledge is a plus. Will be asked to support existing production test equipment already operating with in a production factory environment.Basic Qualifications:- Demonstrated experience with Test Equipment and Test Methodologies- Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint- Experience in oral and written communication to present to ManagementDesired Skills:- Experience with NI Test Software Suite- Experience with Test Equipment Design- Experience interpreting Test Requirements- Knowledge of earned value managementBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.QualificationsLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
