This role will be responsible for account management and technical support functions to existing accounts as assigned primary customer contact. This role will manage the customer’s portfolio of TrusSteel’s products and services to support TrusSteel’s initiatives while meeting customer needs and expectations.Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships as assigned primary customer contact to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. As the customer’s primary contact, proactively identify potential service issues and/or opportunities for supporting sales plans objectives.

Support revenue and plan objectives as primary customer contact in assigned existing customer accounts.

Serve as the customer advocate and trusted business advisor in the organization.

Champion TrusSteel’s business proposition through value added account management and technical support.

Provide technical support/training on TrusSteel’s suite of product offerings including handling customer issues to resolution.

Understand customer’s business needs. Review and analyze customer business processes and recommend solutions that enable the customer to achieve its goals. Accurately map customer business processes/needs to the TrusSteel’s suite of product offerings.

Ensure timely and successful delivery of TrusSteel’s solutions in order to meet customer needs and business objectives.

Considered a technical expert as it relates to TrusSteel.

4 year degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or Construction Management preferred

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in the Construction industry

Knowledge of Truss plant operations and Construction technology desired, i.e., software, paper flow, production & plant layout

Proven value added account management and technical support skills

Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, internal and external

Up to 75% travel required within assigned customer accounts
