Job Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a welcoming attitude upon arrival.
Verify age and identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.
Maintain control of entrance and manage guest flow to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
Uphold the venue’s dress code and appearance standards.
Assist with crowd control and ensure adherence to venue policies and procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate effectively with security personnel and other team members to maintain a secure environment.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
Understanding of hospitality industry standards and practices.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
