We are looking for fulltime & part time "EGGCELLENT" skilled Cooks/breakfast cooks/prep cooks to prepare delicious breakfast/lunch/brunch selections according to our recipes. You will prep, cook and deliver menu items that will meet or exceed company standards. All applicants to be considered for the job must have a great positive attitude and be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals. They must be able to pivot in various business levels in moving around the kitchen and apt in multi-tasking. Experience in utilizing various ingredients, cooking techniques is important in executing to highest of standards.

Responsibilities
Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
Prepare ingredients to be used in the day for the day
Be familiar with various cooking equipment; flat top, ovens, fryers
Present finished dishes to company standards.
Keep all work stations clean, sanitized and organized
Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
Check quality of ingredients
Stock all stations pre & post shift, order food for the next day
Skills
At leaset 1 year experience as cook, who is willing to learn and train to work all staions on the line.
Experience in using cutting tools, cookware
Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
Ability to work in a team
Very good communication skills
Excellent physical condition and stamina
High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage
