Key components
Must be able to clearly communicate to staff and guests
Extensive food and wine knowledge is a must
Ability to schedule staff and hire staff
Ability to train service staff and offer continuing training
Proficient in all forms of digital communication from email to work place apps such as Slack
Must understand and have ability to utilize and manage social media
Ability to take alcohol inventory
Capable of ordering alcohol inventory
Must be knowledgeable in food and beverage trends
Ability to handle a fast paced restaurant
