Touchstar Luxury Cinemas – Inventory Specialist Needed!
Location: Orlando, FL (Travel to other locations required)
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team. The Inventory Specialist will work closely with all locations to enhance inventory accuracy and support overall operational efficiency. This position is based at our Orlando theater but will require travel to our other locations as part of the job. Transportation will be provided for travel between theaters (for work purposes only).
Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and timely inventory counts at all assigned locations.
Place and track orders from vendors to ensure adequate stock levels.
Monitor inventory usage and reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain organized and accurate records of all inventory transactions.
Coordinate with managers to forecast needs and manage product flow.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms for purchasing materials.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in inventory management.
Requirements:
Prior inventory management experience is required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Willingness to travel to other theaters as needed.
Ability to lift and move boxes as needed during shipment deliveries and inventory restocking.
Reliable transportation to and from the Orlando base location.
