Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a high-performing kitchen team
Maintain organization and uphold high standards of cleanliness and efficiency
Input invoices and manage kitchen inventory
Generate and analyze PMIX reports
Understand and execute banquet orders
Support special events, holidays, and large parties as needed
Who You Are:
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Positive attitude and a team player
Eager to learn and grow professionally
Experienced in kitchen leadership and BOH operations
Schedule:
Full-time position: 50–55 hours/week
Nights and weekends required
Consistent two-day weekend (Mon & Tue) off
