New General Cafe in Winter Park, FL is looking for a seasoned line cook to join our team. We are located on 155 E New England Ave. This is the perfect job for work life balance, NO night shifts. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, a team player and reliable.Responsibilities Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Prep dishes based on restaurant standards and guidelines Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation. Prepare dishes within targeted ticket times Breakdown and clean up station Qualifications Line cook experience with a proven history of speed and efficiency on the line Able to meet all scheduling commitments Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs Strong attention to detail Experience with health forward, plant based & GF foods would be an added bonus We are looking forward to hearing from you.
