Job Description: The Irlo Apartments is looking for a reliable and responsible Night Desk Attendant to manage the front desk and handle guest relations. This is a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our residents and guests. If you're a night owl with strong customer service skills, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist residents and guests with check-ins, check-outs, and general inquiries.
Address and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift.
Handle after-hours maintenance requests and coordinate with the maintenance team as needed.
Record any incidents or activities that occur during the shift in the daily log.
Requirements:
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to stay alert and attentive throughout the shift.
Previous experience in customer service or security roles is a plus.
Basic computer skills for logging entries and processing requests.
Ability to manage stressful situations calmly and professionally.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working in hotels, apartments, or similar environments.
Familiarity with security protocols and systems.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
