Beautiful Interlachen Country Club located in Winter Park, FL has openings for full-time Kitchen Utility on our culinary team.
SUMMARY: Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and cooking utensils and equipment, the Kitchen Utility plays a vital role on our Culinary Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sets up and operates dish machine and pot and pan sinks. Keeps area clean at all times.
Prepares tableware for washing by removing food residue, sorting china, and running tableware through dish machine.
Properly stores all clean and sanitized tableware, buffet platters, and displays.
Gathers and properly washes, rinses, and sanitizes all cooking utensils and kitchen equipment and returns them to their proper places.
Sweeps and mops kitchen floors, coolers, storage areas, etc.
Cleans garbage cans with soap and water on a regular basis. Breaks down and empties boxes.
Performs food preparation tasks as assigned.
AVAILABILITY: Must be flexible and able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
REQUIREMENTS:
May be required to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Requires occasional bending, lifting, stretching.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
