Crafted by famed restaurateur, Nick Valenti, our Neopolitan pizzas, authentic pastas, salads, and gelato are prepared with ingredients imported from Southern Italy. The thin-crust pizzas are made with fresh mozzarella cheese, San Marzano tomatoes and real Caputo flour. The main attraction of the restaurant are our wood-burning ovens named after the 3 active volcanoes in ItalyMount Etna, Mount Vesuvius and Stromboli.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
Experience as a cashier using a POS (Point of Sale) or equivalent experience is required
Must Have Cash Handling Experience
Fine Dining Restaurant experience preferred
Able to multitask and determine the proper order in which tasks need to be completed
Work efficiently with speed necessary to meet demand of extremely high volume
Must be very organized, pay attention to detail, and effective problem solver
Will be responsible for maintaining the location safe ensuring it is properly accounted for, supplied with appropriate change, and banks for locations are correct
Must verify cash responsibility and all other forms of payment for shift, complete excel spreadsheet to confirm everything balances, run sales reports for controller, and deposit cash on daily basis
Must have flexible availability to work various shift times to include nights, weekend and holidays.
