JOB TITLE: Dental Office Hygienist
STATUS: Full-time, hourly, eligible for bonuses
Dental Hygienist experience at least 2 years

We're looking to add a new member to our Hygiene team that supports our current patient base and over 200 new patients per month. MINIMUM EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
-Hygiene license
-At least 2 years hygienist experience required
-Bilingual Preferred
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
-Handle schedule of up to 11 patients a day
-Review patients charts
-Take quality x-rays (periapical, bitewing and panoramic)
-Communicate with patients treatment plans and hygiene instructions
-Understand the features, advantages and benefits of all our services and products and be able to explain them to patients.
-Build good relationships with patients so you can identify their needs and offer our products and services as solutions to meet their needs.
-Assist Dr. and patient in communicating areas of concern and importance of treatment
-Maintain all patient communication and treatment plans in our database to keep open lines of communication internally between our team members related to each patient's account.
-Set goals; create plans to achieve goals and report statistics daily to the manager.
REQUIREMENTS
-Available to work at least one night shift until 7:00pm and 2-3 Saturdays per month.
-Does not need hand-holding or micro-managing.
-Independent, self-starter.
-Identify problems and create solutions.
-Able to prioritize, handle multiple tasks efficiently
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
-Punctual and dependable.
-Intermediate computer experience comfortable with MS Office programs, internet, etc. We also have practice management software you must learn how to use.
-Dental hygienist experience 2 years
