University Eye Care
Private eye care practice in Winter Park, FL is looking for an optical assistant. Experience is preferred, but not necessary. We are willing to train. The office is open Monday-Saturday. Open availability is required. Applicant must be fluent in English and Spanish.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Professionally and friendly greeting and checking in and out patients.
Verifying insurance and quoting benefits and co-pays.
Assistant with frame selection and eyewear options to patients.
Using EHR to maintain office documents and patient info.
Pretesting patients, keeping the office clean and organized.
Answer phones and scheduling appointments.
