CLEANING SUBCONTRACTORS WANTED
We are looking for reliable Cleaning Company's that have experience with New Construction Cleaning Services and Janitorial Cleaning Services.
We have plenty of work to keep you very busy all year long.
We are looking for company's that are hard working, honest and take pride in there work.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Clean Residential/Commercial New Construction projects, Janitorial Projects, Office Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Pressure Washing, etc.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB:
Minimum of ONE YEAR Experience in New Construction Cleaning and Janitorial Cleaning.
Must have a Valid Drivers License to operate your vehicle.
Must have all of your own equipment, ladders, vacuums, cleaning products, etc.
Must have a Clean Background with NO Felony Criminal Offenses for Security purposes.
Must have Company Insurance, W9 and Federal Tax ID Number.
Must be friendly, polite and professional at all times
Must be able to fill out job work order forms for inspections and take pictures of all completed work.
PAY STRUCTURE:
Paid Per Job
Jobs completed are paid within 1-2 weeks of completion.
