Commercial Metal framing and Drywall Company looking for EXPERIENCED Metal Framers, Drywall Hangers, Finishers and Ceiling Mechanics.
Our office is in Orlando and our jobs are all within Central Florida. Some travel depending on project. Travel - expense are paid for
Pay based on experience and capabilities, Evaluation after 90 days.
Must have your own tools.
We E-Verify, MUST be Authorized to work in the US
Must be reliable, self starter, have leadership qualities and experience is a required!
Framers/Hangers=
-Must be experienced steel framer and drywall hanger
-Ability to read plans and do layout a plus
-Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
-Perform daily cleanup of work area.
Ceiling Mechanics=
-Experience with Acoustical Ceilings
-Must be able to take measurements and cut tiles according to specifications.
-Work with a variety of materials (wood or metal framing).
-Removal/Install grid system for installation of ceiling panels.
Finishers=
-Drywall finishers must be able to provide a high quality product!
-Must be able to use setting compounds
-Patch Drywall level 4-5
Work will typically be a 40 to 48 hour work week
Starting pay will be $16/hr-$30hr rate depending on experience Evaluation after 90 days.
Subcontractors/ 1099 may apply
Must have:
-Workers compensation or exemption
-Liability insurance / including additional insured endorsement
-Dependable vehicle
-Must be reliable
