Team Members must be able and eager to:
Safely operate a variety of tools and mechanical equipment including:
concrete scarifiers, jackhammers, saws, torches, vacuums, blowers, hand
tools, mixers and other machinery
Some Part time driving is needed so must have clean driving record.
Comply with all Company and customer facility safety rules and procedures
Follow instructions and effectively communicate and coordinate work
functions with the Team Leader and other Team Members
Anticipate, identify and help overcome challenges encountered at customer
locations and other work sites
Contribute to the continuous improvement in the work processes

The Person
A Team Member will continually seek opportunities to learn and master the
equipment, processes and skills needed to install high‐quality flooring. Integrity, honesty, trustworthiness and self-discipline
are essential character traits. A Team Member must be highly reliable
and take great pride in both his/her individual workmanship and his/her role as
part of a team.
Candidates must be comfortable and committed to work nights, weekends and
holidays on a long‐term, consistent, expenses‐paid basis across a multi‐state
territory.
Experience in construction, concrete, paving, small equipment repairs, truck driving and/or military service may prove relevant and valuable.
A valid driver’s license is needed.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
