Eccentric Cycle, a leading provider of E-bikes/ E-scooter sales, service and Repairs, is currently seeking an experienced Bike Mechanic or an Ebike Mechanic to join our dynamic team in Orlando. As an eBike Mechanic at Eccentric Cycle, you will be responsible for the assembly, maintenance, and repair of our customers eBikes. This is a full-time position that requires on-site work at our Orlando location. This industry is growing exponentially and we are in need of the right candidate.

Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience as an eBike Mechanic or Bicycle Mechanic
At least 1 year of customer service or sales in retail
OR
At least 2 years experience in electronics repair such as cell phone or any electronics.
Able to solder electronics.
Strong knowledge of eBike assembly, maintenance, and repair
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Problem-solving abilities and good diagnostic skills
Availability to work full-time hours on-site in both of our locations

Responsibilities:
As an eBike Mechanic/customer service at Eccentric Cycle, you will be responsible for the assembly, maintenance, and repair of our Customers eBikes & our eBikes for sale with precision, adhering to manufacturer guidelines
Maintain and repair eBikes to ensure optimal performance and safety
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the eBikes
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Complete express repairs for delivery riders, prioritizing timely solutions
Communicate with customers in regards to sales, repairs and informative interaction must have great customer service skills.
