We are currently seeking an equipment operator to join our team! We offer great pay, 40-55 hours weekly. Available to work weekends when required. As well as great benefits which include health insurance and paid vacation. We are an equal opportunity employer.
Responsibility:
Maneuver excavators, skid steers, and other heavy equipment to dig the pool site, move soil, and grade the area.
Load and unload materials, operate dump trucks to transport equipment, debris, and materials.
Inspect, clean, and perform basic maintenance on all machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
Read site plans and follow engineered specifications for digging and other site work.
Provide support to other construction crews with various tasks as needed when not operating machinery.
Qualification:
A valid driver's license.
Strong understanding of construction safety practices and procedures.
Ability to lift over 70 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a construction team.
Must be able to handle diverse work environment.
Spanish speaking is a plus.
