Job Responsibilities:
Ensure the turf is trimmed.
Beautify properties by maintaining weed free, trimming, edging, pruning, hedging, and blowing leaves and debris using different pieces of landscape equipment.
Keep trucks and equipment clean and in working order.
Perform major cleanups (tree/palm trimming, plant pruning/removal)
Install sod, spread mulch/topsoil/gravel, grade and edge lawns
Plant and maintain trees, shrubs, palms, and seasonal flowers
Operate and maintain tools and equipment with care and safety
Maintain a clean and professional work environment on customer properties
Communicate respectfully with team leads and clients when needed
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on landscape installation and maintenance experience
Knowledge of plant ID and care; experience with soil prep and irrigation basics
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in Florida heat
Comfortable working solo or in a small, focused team
