Must have knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC systems.
Must have:

.Ability to work with power and hand tools safely and effectively.
.Ability to work flexibly. Part time or Full time.
.Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
Must have reliable transportation.
