Type: Independent Contractor
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of general repair and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other handyman services.
Assess and troubleshoot issues on-site, providing efficient and effective solutions.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring timely completion of all assignments.
Communicate clearly with clients and team members to understand requirements and deliver quality work.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
Required Skills and Education
Be willing to work at least 25 miles outside your area
Previous experience as a handyman or in a similar role (preferred).
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to think on your feet and solve problems independently.
Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks is a plus.
Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Own basic tools necessary for the job.
Possess a reliable vehicle to transport tools and travel to job sites.
