We are a Property Management looking for a Handyman with experience and a working vehicle/pick truck and if possible with a utility trailer that can help us with minor repairs on our residential portfolio, we offer 35-40 hours of work per week and pay $30/hour. Must have own tools and be able to work Monday-Friday and be able to resolve occasional emergency calls over the weekend. We have this position open and need someone to start working immediately. Must know how to paint, pressure wash, replace faucets/garbage disposal, repair screens, some carpentry work, install ceiling fans, minor plumbing and electrical work, etc. Do not contact if you do not have a pick up truck and basic tools to work.
