American Janitorial Inc is looking to hire staff in The Villages area. We are looking for individuals that have some commercial cleaning experience. Must have a clean driving record, pass a background check, work independently with limited supervision & have good communication skills. Positions: Cleaning Techs - Exterior restrooms/pool areas/golf course restrooms
Location: Roving position/multiple locations - This is a driving position
Schedule: Flexible schedule (Afternoon & Evening shift) Mon - Fri & Sat/Sun
Pay: Salary (Bi-weekly) $15.00 per hour
Company Vehicle: Must have clean driving record/no violations. REQUIRED
Requirements: Clean Driving record, must be able to pull a trailer with a van, some cleaning experience.
Description of work: Trash removal, restroom cleaning, floor cleaning, restock paper & soap products, cobweb spider webs, clean exterior of facilities, keep grounds clean & free from debris, install dispensers & general cleaning of facilities.
