American Janitorial Inc is looking to hire (7) seven Cleaning Techs in the Orlando Area. We are looking for individuals that have some trash pick-up route experience. Must have reliable transportation, pass a background check, work independently with limited supervision & have good communication skills. We will be servicing in the East Orlando, Downtown Orlando & Kissimmee areas.
Positions: Cleaning Techs/Drivers (Seven (7) drivers needed)
Location: Roving position/multiple locations
Schedule: Full Time - Evenings after 6pm - 2am
Pay: Salary (Bi-weekly) $15-$16 per hour
Company Vehicle: Will be provided while working. Must have clean driving record. Must be at least 25yrs or older to apply.
Description of work: Trash removal at bus stops & transfer stations, pressure washing, wiping down benches, removing cobwebs, litter control, repairs, graffiti removal additional duties may be added or removed.
Requirements: Must be at least 25yrs or older, clean driving record, able to lift up to 50lbs, able to make small repairs, able to use lawn equipment and be able to drive a truck & pull a trailer.
