This labor role consists of bulk hauling and driving. We work with the largest property management companies in the area and with individually owned and managed multifamily communities. This is a traditional full-time position. No daily pay. SERIOUS APPLICANTS ONLY!
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must be able to follow a provided route
Must be comfortable with hauling bulk waste (i.e. furniture, mattresses, and other large items)
Start time is 6:30AM; end time may vary (must be flexible)
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
Must be at least 21 years-old with valid FL Driver's License
Clean driving history (with no more than 1 ticket in the past 3 years)
At least 3 years proven experience pulling trailers or driving box trucks
Must be able to lift 100 1bs.
Must have reliable transportation and smartphone
Ability to work with little supervision
Must be located in the Orlando Metro area
