American Janitorial Inc is looking to hire a night Supervisor to supervise the work in a recreational facility. We are looking for an individual person that has previous experience in managing a small team in the commercial cleaning field. The Supervisor will ensure staff is completing the required cleaning assignments, as well as work alongside the staff to ensure the building is cleaned each night. Will also assist in finding replacements for call offs, adjust cleaning schedules, schedule specialty detail work & inspect work once completed, order supplies & communicate well with the Operations Manager.
Must have reliable transportation, pass a background check (no felonies), work independently with limited supervision and have good communication skills.
Positions: Two Supervisor positions available Mon-Thur & Fri-Sun
Location: Clermont, FL (Recreation facility)
Schedule: Must be able to work a flexible schedule (Starting and ending times depend on event schedules)
Est. 3hrs-4hrs per night
Pay: $15-$16 per hour/Salary (Bi-weekly
