We are two full-time working professionals seeking a kind, reliable, and proactive House Manager to support our household and help us manage day-to-day tasks in order to give us more time and mental space to focus on our work and family.
Our ideal candidate is patient, highly organized, punctual, tech-savvy, and a great communicator who can follow directions while also taking initiative. We’re looking for someone with experience in this role who can assist with errands, meal preparation, household organization, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Household Management:
- Light cleaning and tidying (e.g., counters, dishes, general upkeep)
- Laundry (washing, folding, and putting away)
- Restocking household supplies
- Managing online orders & returns
- Basic Household Maintenance (changing air filters / light bulbs)
- Monthly Deep cleaning (e.g., refrigerators, washing machine)
- Scheduling personal appointments (e.g., chiropractor, haircuts)
- Donating and arranging for pickups
- Coordinating HOA landscaping services
- Errands and Transportation:
- Grocery shopping and running errands
- Picking up and organizing prescriptions
- Taking family members to appointments
- Scheduling car washes and maintenance
Meal Preparation:
- Preparing fresh, balanced meals that align with medication schedules
- Weekly menu planning and grocery shopping (if needed)
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (family vehicles provided for errands)
- Comfortable with technology (navigating online tools, managing orders, etc.)
- Experienced in household management and meal preparation
- Must pass a background check
- Non-smoker
