Experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Member
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and dependable Landscape Maintenance Crew Member with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in residential or commercial landscape maintenance. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high-end properties to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, fertilizing, and blowing
Identify and resolve landscape issues such as irrigation problems, pest damage, and plant health concerns
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
Maintain clean and organized work areas and vehicles
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance (high-end residential)
Strong knowledge of plants, turf, pruning techniques, and seasonal maintenance practices
Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic irrigation issues
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Valid driver’s license preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
