Currently, we are hiring for several positions. We are seeking experienced candidates for lawn maintenance and a foreman to lead a crew. Both positions require experience. You must be adept at operating all equipment, including zero turn mower, edger, weedeater, blower, and trimmer. The crew foreman must be a team leader and will be responsible for the crew's performance and the overall details of each property.
We maintain residential, commercial, and HOA properties. Our workdays are Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays if weather conditions set us back. Our day begins at 7 am, and each crew works until their daily route is completed. We are a family-owned, drama-free company that is rapidly growing, offering potential for growth within the company.
In addition to our maintenance routes, we require an employee to join our install crew. This team works on tasks such as rock/mulch installation, paver/edging installation, landscape installation, etc. While irrigation and hardscape experience would be beneficial, it is not mandatory.
