We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in general landscaping and experience with hardscaping such as patios, retaining walls, pavers, and outdoor living spaces. This role involves hands-on outdoor work, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a crew.
Key Responsibilities
Perform landscaping tasks including planting, mulching, sod installation, grading, and lawn maintenance.
Assist with or lead hardscape installations—paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, stone features, edging, and similar structures.
Safely operate landscaping tools and equipment (mowers, trimmers, compactors, skid steers, etc.).
Read and follow project plans, measurements, and layout instructions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Ensure all work meets company quality standards and adheres to safety guidelines.
Qualifications
Previous landscaping experience required; hardscape experience strongly preferred.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
Experience with pavers, block, stone cutting, leveling, and base preparation is a plus.
Valid driver’s license preferred.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
