We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Crew Leader to join our team! This position requires leadership skills, the ability to operate and transport equipment, and effective communication in English.
Responsibilities:
Lead a landscaping crew to complete daily tasks efficiently
Oversee lawn maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging
Operate and transport landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers
Drive a truck with a trailer and ensure proper loading/unloading of materials
Communicate effectively with team members and clients in English
Follow safety guidelines and ensure crew compliance
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
Prior landscaping experience, with leadership experience preferred
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to drive a truck with a trailer
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to manage a team
English communication skills required (for crew coordination and client interaction)
