Local Apartment management company in Orlando is seeking an Experienced Maintenance person to join our maintenance team!
The ideal Maintenance Person needs to have general knowledge in general handyman services and fulfill work orders for the apartment complexes in relation to:
- Flooring (proper tile/carpet installation and maintenance)
- Painting (walls, doors, trims and baseboards, interior and exterior)
- Drywall (patches, knockouts, etc.)
- General installation of basic household items (toilets, sinks, vanities, faucets, shower kits, etc.)
- Pressure washing outside property sidewalk
- Basic installation knowledge of electrical fixtures (light fixtures, etc)
- Installation of weatherstrips for doors and windows
- Proper AC installation for window units
- General cleanup of exterior areas of the property complex(es)
Preferred experience in:
- HVAC
- Plumbing
- Basic Electrical work
Must have your own work tools and have your own vehicle for reliable transportation to and from work.
Properties include Orlando, FL and Cocoa, FL
