Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, repairs and service request across the community.
Trouble shoot and repair HVAC systems appliances plumbing and electrical.
prepare apartments for new residents (make-ready task)
provide excellent customer service to residents and team members
required on call rotation
Qualifications:
Previous maintenance
Experience in the multifamily or related field
Must have reliable transportation
Strong work ethic, professionalism, and reliability
