Duties:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose building mechanical systems, including but not limited to RTUs, split systems, VRFs, boilers, chillers, AHU, and VAV.
- Capable of repairing and/or installing systems based on diagnosis.
- Responsible for planning, laying out, and ensuring overall efficiency during project repairs and/or installations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Manage onsite communication with customers and facility directors.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a related position, preferably within the HVAC-R or Mechanical industry.
- Certification, professional license, or credential required or in process (EPA II).
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
