General landscape maintenance for commercial properties: Mowing, edging, weeding, trimming of shrubs, blowing, and raking.
Tree trimming and pruning of ornamental trees, as needed.
Experience using hand and power tools, (snips, mowers, blowers, weed eaters, trimmers, and edgers).
Required use of PPE, including safety glasses, safety vests and other PPE as necessary.
M-F with occasional Saturday, as needed.
Experience is required.
Must have strong work ethic and be self-motivated.
Physical Requirements:
Must be active, with the ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
Must have full range of mobility in upper and lower body.
Must be able to reach overhead.
Must be able to work in multiple positions that include, standing, sitting, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods of time.
Must possess the ability to perform manual labor, in all types of weather conditions.
Pay is based on experience.
