Candidate should possess good communication skills.
Daily tasks include:
House cleaning, laundry and routine general household services.
Mopping, sweeping, cleaning showers, toilets and bathrooms.
Dish washing and cleaning kitchen.
Taking care of two pets.
Taking phone calls and making outgoing calls.
Interacting with owner on a daily basis.
Usage of walkie-talkie and/or cell phone to provide updates on tasks.
Driving to deliver errands and paperwork to various offices.
Driving staff members to meetings and appointments around town.
Other tasks as assigned.
