Blown Away is seeking an experienced Lead Pressure Washing Foreman to manage and lead our pressure washing crew. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality. As the foreman, you will oversee daily operations, communicate with the sales team, perform jobs, and ensure equipment is maintained and used properly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of pressure washing technicians on commercial projects.
- Perform hands-on labor on pressure washing jobs, ensuring all tasks meet Blown Away's high standards.
- Manage daily operations, including planning, scheduling, and executing jobs.
- Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment, including custom rigs.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site.
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Train and mentor team members, ensuring high standards of work quality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Experience in pressure washing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of pressure washing equipment and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to handle physical labor and lift heavy equipment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
Pay: $30-$40/hr
Hours: Full-Time
