About Us: We are a new (start-up), family-owned cleaning service in search of our first team member. Our initial focus is the residential market, and we will consider expansion into commercial/janitorial opportunities as we grow.
Over the last 20 years, we have successfully started, operated, and sold 8 businesses. While we do not have direct experience in the cleaning industry; we do, however, have a proven history and expertise in developing thriving companies.
We are seeking an experienced cleaning professional to serve our first customers.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced Cleaning Professional to get in on the ground floor.
Pay range: Base + commission = $20 - $30 per hour + gratuity
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Ensure best-in-class customer service levels through timely client and office communications, punctuality, and consistency
Manage a cleaning schedule effectively to meet client needs and company standards
Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various surfaces
Clean and maintain restrooms, ensuring supplies are stocked and areas are sanitary
Handle waste and recycling disposal according to company guidelines
Follow safety and cleaning procedures to ensure a safe work environment
Qualifications:
A high proficiency in the English language is necessary to perform this job
Prior cleaning experience and people leadership are preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and perform physical tasks related to cleaning
