Services Needed:
Initial lock changes and property secures
Condition reports and bid submissions
Lawn maintenance and grass cuts
Trash-outs and debris removal
Winterizations and de-winterizations (where applicable)
Minor repairs and roof patching
Tree trimming and mold treatment
Inspections and detailed damage reporting
What We’re Looking For:
Crews familiar with HUD and FHA preservation standards
Ability to complete work within a 48-hour turnaround
High attention to detail and accountability — we perform daily QC inspections
Commitment to professionalism, communication, and timeliness
Background check is REQUIRED

Payment Terms:
First two jobs are paid after inspection approval
Net 30 terms apply after that (industry standard)
