Job Summary:
The Property Management Runner will assist the property management team by performing a variety of tasks that support the maintenance and operation of residential and commercial properties. This role is essential in ensuring properties are well-maintained and tenants' needs are met promptly. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Take photos and videos of properties.
Deliver documents.
Conduct routine inspections of properties and report maintenance issues.
Run errands such as picking up supplies or dropping off items at various locations.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation and insurance.
Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred but not required.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of property maintenance and repair tasks is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
