About Us
Primetone is an established provider of property services for high-rise residential buildings and commercial facilities. We support large-scale CAPEX projects as well as ongoing maintenance, renovation, and upgrade needs. Our goal is to deliver high-quality workmanship, reliable timelines, and exceptional service to property managers, building owners, and commercial clients.
We are expanding our network of skilled subcontractors and invite qualified professionals and teams to partner with us. We are seeking experienced subcontractors in ALL the following trades:
- Painting
- Flooring (installation, refinishing, carpet, vinyl, tile)
- Renovations & Remodeling
- General Carpentry & Handyman Services
- Cleaning Services
- Technicians & Maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, general building systems)
Subcontractor Requirements, all subcontractors must have:
- W9
- Active Certificate of Insurance (COI)
- General Liability Insurance
- Workers Compensation Insurance
- Applicable Licenses or Certifications
Examples: OSHA, trade-specific licenses, safety certifications, etc.
- Valid business registration and the ability to work as an independent contractor
- Professional references and relevant project experience preferred
- Experience with high-rise residential or commercial projects
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to meet deadlines and follow building protocols
- Reliable communication and professionalism
